Where to View Quiz Results

Tracking Quiz Performance with PicoBuddy

Understanding your learners' progress is key to fostering reading growth. PicoBuddy makes it easy to track quiz performance and review individual answers directly within your Library.

1. Accessing Your Library

Start by navigating to your My Library. You'll find this option in the top menu of your PicoBuddy account.

2. Navigating to Assessments

Once you're in your Library, select the Assessments tab. This is where all your quiz results are stored.

3. Understanding the "Recent Results" Section

Click Recent Results to view a summary of the latest quiz attempts. Depending on your PicoBuddy plan, you'll have access to different levels of historical data:

• Free plan: View the last 3 quiz results.
• Basic, Pro, Classroom plans: View all results.

Each row in the results table provides valuable information:

• Learner name: Identifies the student who took the quiz.
• Passage title: Indicates the reading passage associated with the quiz.
• Score: Displays the learner's score on the quiz.
• Date: Shows the date the quiz was taken.
• Source: Specifies whether the quiz was from Practice content or a Personal assignment.

4. Reviewing Individual Quiz Results

To dive deeper into a specific quiz, click the Review button next to the learner's attempt. This will open a detailed view where you can:

• See the child’s selected answers.
• Compare their answers with the correct answers.
• View the total score and breakdown.

From this screen, you also have the option to Save or Print the Review for your records or to share with learners and their families.

5. Exporting Quiz Data

For comprehensive progress monitoring, PicoBuddy allows you to Export Data. Click the Export Data button located in the top right corner of the Assessments section. This will download your quiz results in a convenient format for analysis and reporting.

By regularly reviewing quiz results in PicoBuddy, you can gain valuable insights into your learners' reading comprehension and tailor your instruction to support their individual needs. This feature makes it easy to monitor progress and support steady reading growth.
