Finding Your Invoice or Receipt

It's easy to access your PicoBuddy invoices and receipts! Here's how:

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Click your profile picture in the PicoBuddy application.
  2. Select Account from the dropdown menu.
  3. Click Manage Subscription. You will be redirected to Stripe, our secure payment processor.
  4. In Stripe, navigate to your billing history section. Here, you can open and download all available invoices.

Important Information

  • For your convenience, receipts are also automatically emailed to the address associated with your account immediately after each payment is processed. Please check your inbox (and spam folder!) for these emails.

Having access to your invoices is important for record-keeping, especially if you're using PicoBuddy for educational purposes within a school or district. These documents can be helpful for expense reports or reimbursement requests.
