Understanding PicoBuddy Billing and Renewal

Subscription Management

Your PicoBuddy subscription is securely managed through Stripe, a trusted payment processing platform. This ensures the safety and privacy of your billing information.

Billing Cycle

Billing occurs either monthly or yearly, depending on the subscription plan you selected during signup. You will be charged on the same date each month or year that you initially subscribed.

Automatic Renewals

To ensure uninterrupted access to PicoBuddy's features, your subscription automatically renews at the end of your billing cycle. You don't have to worry about manually renewing your subscription.

Managing Your Subscription

We understand that your needs may change. You can easily manage or cancel your subscription at any time by following these steps:

  1. Log in to your PicoBuddy account.
  2. Navigate to Account settings.
  3. Click on Manage Subscription.
  4. From there, you can update your payment information, change your subscription plan, or cancel your subscription.

Note: If you cancel your subscription, you will still have access to PicoBuddy until the end of your current billing cycle.
