Cancelling or Downgrading Your PicoBuddy Subscription

We hope you're enjoying PicoBuddy! If you need to cancel or downgrade your subscription, we've made the process straightforward. Here's how:

Steps to Cancel or Downgrade

  1. Click your profile picture: In the top right corner of the PicoBuddy interface, click on your profile picture or avatar.
  2. Select Account: From the dropdown menu, choose the "Account" option.
  3. Click Manage Subscription: On your account page, you'll find a button labeled "Manage Subscription." Click it. This will redirect you to our secure payment portal, Stripe.
  4. Stripe Portal: Within Stripe, you will have options to:
    • Cancel Your Subscription: Choose the cancellation option if you wish to end your subscription entirely.
    • Select a Lower Plan: Browse available plans and select a plan that better suits your current needs.

What Happens After Cancellation?

After you cancel your PicoBuddy subscription, you'll still have access to all the features of your current plan until the end of your current billing period. After that date, your access will be revoked.
