

Winter Day Fun
It is a cold winter day! The sun is up, but it is hiding behind some clouds. Three friends want to play outside. They put on their hats and coats. They put on their mittens too.
One friend has a sled. He sits on it and goes down a small hill. Whee! It is so fast and fun!
Two friends make a snowman. One friend rolls the bottom ball. The other friend rolls the top ball. Then, they find sticks for arms. They use a carrot for the nose. The snowman smiles at them.
Some ducks swim in the cold water. A truck drives by to clear the snow. Even a sleepy hedgehog peeks out to say hello. Winter days can be fun!
