A Day with Astro Alex
Astro Alex lived on a planet far, far away. It was a planet with red sand and two moons! Alex loved his home, but he also loved his job. Alex was an astronaut.
Each day, Alex put on his big, white space suit. He made sure his helmet was shiny and clean. Today, he would fly his rocket to visit another planet.
Beep! Beep! Alex’s watch said it was time to go. He walked to his rocket. It was tall and white with orange stripes. He climbed inside.
"Five, four, three, two, one!" Alex shouted. The rocket went WHOOSH! It flew up, up, up into space. Alex waved to his home planet.
In space, Alex saw stars and planets. He floated in his seat. It was like swimming, but in the air! He ate a space snack from a tube. It tasted like blueberries!
After a while, Alex landed on a new planet. It was green and bumpy. He bounced around and took pictures. Then, it was time to go home. Alex flew his rocket back to his planet. He took off his space suit and ate dinner. What a great day in space!
