Keep Your Teeth Clean!
Brushing your teeth is very important. It helps keep your mouth healthy. When you eat, tiny bits of food stay in your mouth. These bits can cause problems if you don't brush them away.
Why Brush?
Brushing gets rid of the food bits. It also fights germs that can hurt your teeth and gums. If you don't brush, you might get cavities. Cavities are like tiny holes in your teeth. Ouch!
How to Brush
First, put a little bit of toothpaste on your brush. Then, brush all around your teeth. Don't forget the back teeth! Brush gently in circles. Do this for two minutes. That's how long it takes to clean well.
Don't Forget to Floss
Flossing is also important. It helps clean between your teeth where your brush can't reach. Ask a grown-up to help you floss. If you brush and floss every day, your smile will be happy and healthy!
